Meet Michael Ange, Ph.D., a semi retired executive with a wealth of knowledge garnered through 15 years in the management of continental and global corporate divisions, following over a decade of small business ownership. This lifetime of experience provides a view from both the small business and corporate perspectives, managing multi million dollar budgets and starting from scratch in a company with no budget at all. His business acumen extended from being a very well published expert in his field and understanding the needs of customers in the demanding maritime, science and technical diving markets. Mike holds over 160 active or emeritus international instructor trainer certifications in the scientific, technical and
recreational diving segments as well as a Merchant Marine Masters License. With this distinguished career experience in one of the world’s most demanding corporate markets and a Ph.D. in adult educational psychology, with study in curriculum development and improving survival outcomes in critical incidents under his belt, he has now embarked on a journey of assisting others in finding pathways to success, bringing his unique insights and expertise to a wider audience.

He has served on the boards of directors and advisory boards of environmental protection non profits, universities, and global training agencies. Dr. Ange was also the diving safety officer and a faculty member for one of the the world’s largest scientific diver programs at Texas A&M University. His first career was a law enforcement officer and criminal investigator, completing prestigious schools offered by the US Military, The FBI and NC Justice Academy. This combined knowledge couple with a specific insight into the diver training process and the processes by which curriculums are developed in this field allows him to provide valuable insights and testimony in these specialized areas.
